For those of you that live in the NYC area -that would be Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Da Bronx. (plus some areas in L.I. and Yonkers) I do house house calls for PC related problems and service. That includes all upgrades and installs i.e. motherboards, video cards, hard drives, modems, I/O, sound cards, RAM etc...plus LANtastic Networking. -Also can trouble shoot IRQ conflicts, memory manager headaches, system lockups, hard drive failures, BIOS etc... I have access to hardware peripherals at very low prices too. Just for the record, I've been using computers since 1979 (oh how i don't miss my Timex Sinclair) and fixing them since 1991

I charge $75 to show up and $45hr after the first hour. Company visit is $100 for a visit plus $45/hr(per computer)Prices can be negotiated. Network Pricing reliant on amount of nodes and depth of job. Bartering can also come into play..

I'll work with MSDOS v3.3 and up, and Windows v3.11. I only have 50 hrs with Win95 so jobs I'll take where Win95 is involved are limited. Reason being is that Win95 SUCKS big time when it comes to tweaking and trouble shooting.
In Microsoft's attempt to make an OS that an idiot can run, they've hidden, renamed and gotten rid of (or so it seems) many of the parameters that made Win 3.11 so easy to trouble shoot. As times passes I will be 100% Win95 compatible?..and maybe my attitude will change, -maybe.
